These Terms and Services govern all purchases and interaction with Creations by Carina, and reserves the right to be updated or modified at anytime. By continued purchases of artwork or interactions with Creations by Carina constitute acceptance of any updated terms, and you are in agreement to these Terms and Services.

1. Artwork Provided, Copyright & Usage Rights

Creations by Carina offers original artwork created solely at the business's and the artist's discretion. All artwork remains as property of Creations by Carina, including the artist herself, unless otherwise stated in writing. Purchasing artwork does not grant reproduction, resale, or commercial use rights. Artwork may not by copied, scanned, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.

2. No Commissions or Custom Requests 

Requests for commissioned, personalized, altered, or custom artwork will not be accepted. Creations by Carina does not modify existing artwork to suit individual preferences. Purchases inquires requesting customization will be respectfully declined.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. Artwork will not be released or shipped for delivery until payment is received in full.

4. Refunds & Returns

All artwork is sold as-is, as displayed at the time of purchase, and all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not offered except in cases where an item arrives damaged, or permanently lost in transit by shipping carriers. Damage claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery and include photo documentation. Full refund will be provided. Damage examples are as follows: Canvas itself is damaged, ripped or punctured. Objects that are fixed to canvas has come off or have been damaged themselves during transport.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Creations by Carina is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If item becomes permanently lost during transit by shipping carriers, customers will receive a full refund.

6. Refusal of Service

Creations by Carina reserve the right to refuse and cancel a transaction at any time for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate, abusive or disrespectful behavior.
